As we progress into the Sede Vacante and anticipate the election of our new Holy Father, let us remember to take time each day to pray for Pope Emeritus, His Holiness, Benedict XVI as he begins his retirement and, in a particular way, to pray for the Cardinals as they begin the process of the Conclave.
Yesterday was a great day for videos. I have posted a couple HERE. It was a historic day and the ability to be able to film it for posterity is truly a miracle. I would encourage people to take the time to look at some of the coverage and consider how these days will be remembered for centuries. I have posted a video of the Pope’s departure from the Vatican and arrival at Castel Gondolfo HERE. As I am sure happened almost everywhere, our local news agencies did “man on the street” interviews about the papal departure. KMOV Chanel 4 interviewed some of our seminarians (classmates of mine) and that video can be found HERE. They did a great job. As I find other good videos, I will post them. If you have a suggestion, please let me know HERE.
